What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.
I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Due to our wide range of unique items, some are held on hand while others have to go through production. Please allow a production time of up to 10 days for more custom items. The average delivery time is 3-6 business days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a money back guarantee IF the product is defective or damaged. We give you 5 days after you have received your order. You must return it at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the product amount of your original purchase. State the name and order number on the returned packages. Due to COVID-19, all packages that have been broken from original packaging are subject to individual inspection.
Please note: if your package is on its way, you will have to wait for it to arrive and return it before you receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at motionworldwideapparel@gmail.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does the shipment take?
Delivery times vary as we ship worldwide. Average delivery time is 3-6 business days, depending on your location and production of the item.
